【Summary of Amendment】
- Article 4.14 shall be added to the Japanese version of the “A Wallet Terms of Use”. Since this provision already exists in its English version, there will be no amendment in this regard in the English version.
- Article 4.15 shall be amended to more explicitly draw attention to the risks inherent in transactions related to NFTs, etc. using blockchain technology.
- Article 5, Item 20 shall be amended to indicate specific examples of prohibited acts.
- Article 12.3 shall be amended to provide for the amount of damages we may be liable for you.
